Fused Silica Substrates and Windows

UV Grade Fused Silica and Fused Quartz plates are immediately available from Valley Design in thicknesses including 1mm, 2mm - 2.2mm and 6.35mm thick. These Fused Silica and Fused Quartz plates are optically polished with a 40/20 scratch/dig finish, approximately 1-2 waves/inch flatness for 1mm-2mm thick pieces, flat to 1/4 - 1/2 wave/inch for 6.35mm thick pieces. These parts are economically priced with excellent deliveries, frequently from stock.

Other custom sizes are 5"x5"x0.090", 5"x"5"x0.180", 5"x5"x0.250", 6"x"6x0.150", 6"x6"x0.250", and 7.25"x0.150" round with 1.00" flats on each side.
